ACTIVE MEDITATION
Meditation is just coming closer to yourself and knowing your inner reality. Doing the meditation technique with your totality, then you experience the meditative space within you. You feel centered. Being centered, you are free from all kinds of stress of body and mind and negative emotions. Being centered you are in contentment or in blissfulness.
We will go through active meditation techniques. Each time a new technique and few tips, how you can remain free from all kinds of stress or blockage in body-mind. We will practice these techniques below mentioned:
1. Inner awareness Meditation/ Dynamic Meditation
2. Kundalini Meditation.
3. Centering Meditation.
