About Vipassana Meditation and Body Mind Balancing Meditation
Last 3 weeks were a fantastic experience to releasing emotions consciously and with Crying meditation therapy. We were being overbooked in the beginning. It made very nice experience to everyone, they experienced their deepness, silence, and emptiness. We are thankful for your participation and being daring heart to go for it, to transform your emotions and become free from stress, heaviness, and blockage.
So now, to integrate this silence and emptiness, now we are going to lead Vipassana meditation and Body mind balancing Meditation 09 October with somatic instruction to become aware, how one can work with one’s body mind balancing. It is passive meditation for those who just want to be alert about their body mind. It will bring a different understanding and insight about body mind.
First part is to just watch your breathing. It is a passive meditation with vipassana walk. Second part starts after 45 minutes break for having some foods and fruits offered by us. Second part is body mind balancing with somatic instruction by Bharat to connect with your body mind. That will be for one hour 15 minutes.
It makes alert about our body, where we are holding the stress. It makes also alert about our mind, conscious and unconscious format. It will be guided how you can just heal yourself with the help of breathing.
