At the age of thirteen, Carolina went to India with her family to be with the enlightened mystic Osho. Growing up and living in a conscious environment, surrounded by inner growth through meditation and various kinds of therapies and spiritual practices, gave her the foundation for her life and a strong spiritual thirst for self-discovery and healing.

Carolina has a deep-rooted knowledge of holistic therapies since being involved in this field for over twenty seven years. She was the youngest therapist to work at the Osho Multiversity in Pune, India at the time.

Her work is an invitation for you to look at yourself in all dimensions of being; mind, body and soul, within a safe and compassionate atmosphere of deep care and respect for you to heal and strive.

She has worked and lived in India, London, Hong Kong and is at the moment living in Brazil working as part of Y&D Group team to offer online services of Holistic Nutrition Health Coaching.
