Greetings,
I will like to express you, coming Saturday on 11 September we are going to lead special meditation as a meditation therapy, as it is being requested by a few participants about this meditation therapy.
We are going to lead regular meditation at 10.00u. It is going to be Kundalini meditation, it will finish at 11.30u.
After 45 minutes gap we are going to lead meditation therapy, that is Crying meditation.
Basically in this meditation is you can bring all your sadness, unjust, frustration, anxiety and negative emotions out with crying. This is a very healing meditation, covers to bring all repressed emotions out. And in the end sitting silently which is more easy one can go deeper to one’s center.
